Dr James Aloni
James is interested in building consequential companies. He has a strong feel for which ideas carry real weight, and what it takes to make them durable, differentiated, and hard to ignore. He is equally driven by developing people and creating the conditions for individuals and teams to do their best work. He is defined by conviction, range, and a sharp sense of direction.
Dr Bengianni Halil-Pizzirani
Bengianni is drawn to the intersection of behaviour, data, and emerging technology. He brings together deep research, technical fluency, and human complexity in ways that feel both thoughtful and practical. He is known for precision, originality, and a deeply analytical approach.
