The Synk.ai Platform.
Adaptive simulation built for complex human work
Synk.ai is a simulation training platform that merges AI, psychology, and design to create living training environments that adapt to the learner in real time. Every word, gesture, and decision shapes what happens next. The result: training that mirrors the complexity of real human interaction, safe to practise, measurable in outcome, and endlessly adaptable.

Privacy, Security & Trust
synk.ai is built for organisations working in complex, human-centred settings where privacy, security, and trust matter. The platform does not use partner, client, or user data to train our models, and it does not require identifiable client or case-level data to function. Because synk.ai operates as a simulation environment using fictional characters and scenarios, personal information exposure is materially reduced from the outset.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is controlled through role-based permissions and organisational data separation. External AI and voice services are accessed only through protected server-side routes, audio is processed in real time rather than stored as recordings, and no biometric data is collected. synk.ai is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, with deployment architecture designed to meet organisational requirements.
